  • Designed, built, and own a security-compliance service that aggregates findings from five internal security platforms, maps each to its owner, and sends ~1,000 SLA-aware remediation emails a week; recognized as a VP-level mechanism
  • Core engineer on the AWS Worldwide Public Sector contract-management platform, used by ~500 people to execute ~400 DocuSign agreements a month; owned launch-blocking work and launch readiness (validation, readiness review, game days), and raised the team's quality bar through detailed code reviews
  • Built and owned the migration engine for the contract platform's two-wave cutover to native AWS, a multi-year organizational priority: idempotent DynamoDB batch copy, real-time Kinesis-to-Lambda sync with a dead-letter queue, and a pipeline that mapped ~90,000 agreement PDFs to their records; 100% of users migrated with zero disruption
  • Eliminated DocuSign event races with envelope-keyed SQS FIFO queues and partial-batch retries; added JWT self-healing on signing-key rotation, client caching, and X-Ray tracing; cut backend calls 90→1 for reporting and 17→1 for feature-flag loading
  • Modernized ~15 packages of the team's Cognito-based authentication service (dependencies, Powertools v3), moving its API and pre-token Lambda to provisioned aliases with per-region production waves; led AppSec remediation across ~20 packages
  • Became the go-to engineer for a four-application portfolio after a 2026 reorg, leading the deprecation of a legacy application and owning operations for the contract platform and the org's authentication and employee-data services, triaging 150+ alarms in 2026

  • Cut customer-facing latency 20% by profiling with CloudWatch and X-Ray and fixing write-concurrency and endpoint-routing hot spots; cut a data-export service's Lambda runtime 66% and cost 70%, upstreaming the fix to the org's shared CDK constructs
  • Found and fixed a high-severity impersonation vulnerability within 2 days, wrote most of the postmortem (COE), and delivered its action items, including the move from legacy pipeline templates to AWS CDK v2 pipelines split by tier
